Decoration will be adjusted according to the available venue space.
Flower types, foliage shade, and exact balloon counts may vary slightly based on stock availability.
Minor variations from the reference image may occur during live setup.
Any additional décor elements, extra floral arrangements, or custom name signage will be charged separately.
Customer must provide a flat, suitable setup area and continuous electricity access for the fairy lights and neon sign.
Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Setup and dismantling timings will be mutually confirmed prior to the event date.
