•Balloon colours will be arranged according to the selected design/theme.
•Minor variations in balloon size, colour shade and arrangement may occur.
•Balloons may be affected by heat, sharp objects and outdoor weather conditions.
•Fresh flowers, wherever included, are subject to seasonal availability.
•The final balloon arch and backdrop size will depend on the available venue space.
•Customer must provide clear access to the decoration area before the scheduled setup time.
•Electrical points should be available for the included fairy lights.
•Any additional décor, balloons, flowers, props or customization will be charged separately.
•Rental décor materials remain the property of ENZOEY and will be collected after the agreed decoration period.
•Any damage or loss of rental materials may attract additional charges.
•The reference image is for design representation; minor changes may be made according to venue conditions and material availability.
•Setup and dismantling time may vary depending on the size and complexity of the decoration.
