•Decoration will be adjusted according to the available venue wall and stage space.
•Floral varieties, greenery accents, and shade intensity may vary slightly based on seasonal market availability.
•Minor variations from the reference image may occur during live setup.
•Any additional brass props, floral extensions, or custom signage will be charged separately.
•Customer must provide a flat, suitable setup area and continuous electricity access for lighting.
•Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
•Setup and dismantling timings will be mutually confirmed prior to the event date.
